Overview of Service

Next to moving house and a death in the family, divorce, separation and family breakdown can be one of the most stressful times in your life. Every relationship is different, and during relationship breakdown people are often exposed to a wide range of issues which they have not encountered before.

Working your way through the maze of counselling, mediation, and the complexities of the court process, can seem daunting. We tailor our services to your individual needs. Talking with one of our lawyers can help you pinpoint problems and may assist you to resolve differences.

S.R. Wallace & Wallace's family law team offers a 1 hour initial interview for $165.00. During the initial interview we discuss the nature of your legal problem and provide an estimate of cost to achieve a solution.

Our Approach

Our experienced team will listen to you and assist you, whether you require sensitive and practical negotiation or vigorous pursuit of your legal rights. We aim to minimise conflict and antagonism in what can be a difficult process. We will take a detailed history of your matter, identify the applicable principles of law, and provide advice as to the likely range of outcomes, and the best strategies to adopt to achieve your desired outcome within the identified range.

At S.R. Wallace & Wallace we work closely with a range of professional advisors including accountants, valuers, financial planners, counsellors, psychologists and social workers, to make sure the best possible result is achieved. We aim to provide solutions to any range of family law problems in a cost effective and timely manner.
