  • minimum 3 years legal secretarial experience
  • fast, accurate typing (minimum 65 wpm)
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ability to prioritise and manage peak workloads and demands
  • a proactive and professional approach to work
  • excellent customer service and organisational skills
  • high attention to detail
  • ability to be flexible
