Today more than ever, individuals and companies need to be aware of the cost of and the way in which disputes are litigated in Australia. The system of Courts and Tribunals and the different rules of each are a trap for the unwary and a labyrinth to negotiate without expert advice.

Our Approach

We have the dispute resolution skills to act in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts and many other forms of alternative dispute resolution venues. Our team contains experienced solicitor advocates. This means that when it is cost effective and in our client's best interests to do so, we are able to represent our clients in Court without instructing a barrister. We litigate as a last resort and our partners take an active hands on role not only in the dispute resolution process but also in developing the tactics and strategy essential for each case.
